The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips, cracks or restorations detected. Minor fritting to the rim with several unobtrusive scuffs in places. The reverse with three footmarks from the time of firing and a soundly attached presentation hook. A tiny area of abrasion to the underside of the rim. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
