The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. Light fritting to the rim in places with a tiny chip at the centre right rim. A pinpoint loss to the engobe towards the centre right rim. Some white lines of studio staining in places towards the rim. Light surface dirt and handling marks in places. The underneath with three footmarks from the time of firing and some light wear to the footrim. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally good condition.
