The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips detected. There is evidence of cosmetic retouching to the green spots on the rim. The rim with some tiny nicks to the glaze. The underside with a small crack to the footrim and with three footmarks, from the time of firing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
