(A.R. 393): No cracks or restorations detected. On close inspection there are a few tiny chips to the engraved edges. Some light rubbing to the engobe with a few associated tiny spots of fritting. Light surface dirt with a few fine scattered scuffs, particularly to the rim. Three footmarks to the underside, from the time of firing.

(A.R. 394): No chips or restorations detected. A few spots of discoloration. Light surface dirt with a few fine scattered scuffs and a few chalky white marks to the engobe in places. Light wear to the footrim with one tiny crack. Remnants of old adhesive labels to the underside, and three footmarks from the time of firing.
