The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips or restorations detected. A very fine hairline crack to the interior of the spout and one to the base of the handle where it joins the body of the pitcher, from the time of firing. A few minor spots of rubbing, a few scuffs and tiny abrasions to the engobe in places. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
