No chips, cracks or restorations detected. A few tiny scratches and white marks to the foremost edges of the plaque. A very fine vertical scratch to the reverse, extending upward from the lower center extreme edge, not visible from the front. Numbered '10' in pencil on the reverse. Some very light handling marks to the surface.
