The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. Some unevenness in the clay at the rim, from the time of execution. Some tiny remnants from an old adhesive label at the lower centre and in a few spots underneath. Surface dirt with a few fine scattered marks, surface scratches and abrasions in places. The underside with remnants of an old adhesive label and four felt tabs attached. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
