The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips or cracks detected. Light wear to the rim, with a few associated nicks and possible minor cosmetic retouching. There is a small spot of paint to the lower left edge. Crazing to the glaze from the time of firing, in the whites, greens and blues in particular, and to the underside. On close inspection there are a few fine scattered scratches. Three footmarks to the underside from the time of firing, with associated small losses to the glaze.
