The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(A.R. 539): No cracks or restorations detected. One small chip to the reverse, at the top edge. Light wear to the extreme edges, with a few tiny chips. Light surface dirt with a few fine black scuffs to the edges. Adhesive residue from a previous mounting to the reverse edges.

(A.R. 540): No cracks or restorations detected. Light wear to the extreme edges, with a few tiny chips. A few chalky white scuffs to the engobe. Light surface dirt.

(A.R. 541): No cracks or restorations detected. Light wear to the extreme edges, with a few tiny chips. Some scattered black scuffs to the edges and the reverse.
