The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Molten Metal: Neutral hued image on glossy single weight paper with margins. Minor bumping to corners, occasional flaking to edge, and printer's notations along lower edge, all within margins, not affecting image. Soft creases, crimps, and indentations throughout, visible in raking light. Light linear abrasions, without emulsion loss, throughout upper image portion, visible under close inspection.

Iron Puddler: Neutral hued image on glossy double weight paper trimmed to edge. Minor bumping to corners and artist's retouching throughout upper image portion, all visible under close inspection. Soft creases, crimps, and indentations throughout, visible in raking light.

Condition of works consistent with ferrotyping process. Overall both works are in very good condition. Please note these works are sold unframed.
