The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas, stretcher and attachment are in generally good condition. The work is structurally sound.
All elements appear to be present, and the cardboard adhere well to the underlying canvas. There are surface irregularities in places, all coherent with the artist's working method. When examined under ultraviolet light, there is a minor horizontal retouch of circa 2 cm. visible along the centre right vertical edge. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
