The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The canvas, stretcher and attachment are in generally good condition. All elements appear to be present and adhere well to the underlying support. There is surface dust and soiling. There are surface irregularities in places, coherent with the artist's working method. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
