The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of the frame. The sheet appears to be laid down in places along the reverse edges to the underlying mount. The sheet undulates slightly. The sheet is slightly discoloured. There are craquelures in places, predominantly to the thicker paint layer, some of which appears to be fixed. There are few minor paint losses in places. There is a small tear to the lower horizontal edge. There are some wrinkles in places, predominantly to the edges. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
