The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i) Not examined out of the frame. The sheet appears to be hinged in places along the reverse to the underlying mount. The work is slightly discoloured. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
(ii) Not examined out of the frame. The card appears to be hinged in places along the reverse to the underlying mount. The ink is slightly faded. There are soft surface irregularities visible to the card. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
