The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
(i): Not examined out of frame. The sheet appears to be hinged on the reverse to its underlying support. There are two artist's pinholes to the lower horizontal edge. The sheet undulates slightly. There are a few pinpoint accretions in places. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
(ii): The sheet is hinged on the reverse to its underlying support. There is an artist's pinhole to the upper horizontal edge. The sheet undulates slightly. There is a minute crease to the extreme lower left corner and another one to the upper horizontal edge. There is a pinpoint abrasion to the extreme upper left vertical edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
