The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound, fully functional and equipped with an UK-type plug. All elements appear to be present. There is a faint layer of surface dust. There are a few faint handling marks in places. There are a few faint linear abrasions in places, the largest to the lower right edge of the filing cabinet, measuring approx. 3in. There are a few minute losses in places to the reverse of the cabinet, most notably to the lower left vertical edge. There are a few accretions in places, most notably to the left edge of the electric heater. There is a faint spot of oxidation to the inside of the heater. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
