The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is loose. There is pinpoint rubbing to the extreme corners with a minute soft crease to the upper right corner. There is a pinpoint accretion to the upper left quadrant. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
