The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in generally good condition. There is some minor rubbing in places to the extreme edges and a few tension cracks in places to the upper horizontal edge. There are a few pinpoint accretions in places, primarily to the lower right quadrant. When examined under ultraviolet light there is no indication of inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
