The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged on the reverse in places to its underlying support. All collage elements are present and appear to adhere well to their underlying support. There are artist's pinholes to the upper and lower right corners. There are soft creases to the upper corners and to the collage element to the right horizontal edge. There is minute lifting and minor glue residue in places to the extreme edges of the collage elements. There is one very faint accretion to the upper left quadrant. There is very faint discolouration in places to the extreme edges, to the white passages. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
