The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The works are structurally sound. There is faint discolouraiton to the extreme edges of (i)-(iii). There are a few pinpoint accretions in places. There is a minor loss to the extreme right vertical edge of (iii) . Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the works appear to be in generally very good condition.
