The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound and all elements are present. There are a few cracks in places to the wooden element, in keeping with the artist's chosen medium. There are are few loose elements to the concrete element, in keeping with the nature of the medium. It is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
