The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet has been inlaid into a secondary paper support. There are artist's pinholes to the upper edge. There are a few faint handling marks in places, only visible under strong raking light. There is faint discolouration to the vertical edges. There are two minor repaired tears to the lower extreme horizontal edge, the largest measuring approximately 2cm in length. Subject to the foregoing it is our view that the work is in very good condition.
