The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There are a few minor paint losses to the lower joints and two to the extreme lower horizontal edge of the artist's frame. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work is in generally very good condition. Please note that this work is sold framed.
