The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound, fully functional and equipped with a EU-type plug. There is minor rubbing to the extreme upper right corner and some minor accretions and handling marks to the upper horizontal turnover edge of the aluminum frame. There are few accretions to the white panels in second alternation, most notably to the 9th panel. There a few minor spots of bumping in places to the upper horizontal edge of the panel. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
