The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of frame. The sheet appears to be hinged on the reverse to its underlying support. The edges are uneven. There is minor rubbing and faint discolouration to the extreme edges. There are a few soft creases to the edges, only visible under strong raking light. There is pinpoint skinning to the upper left corner. There are a few pinpoint accretions in places and one pinpoint spot of foxing to the upper right edge. There is a pinpoint abrasion below the figure's navel. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
