The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas is unstretched. All collage elements appear to be present and adhere well to their underlying support. There are artist's pinholes to the upper corners. There are a few loose threads in places to the extreme edges. There are folds to the edges, in keeping with the artist's chosen medium, with two associated minute hairline cracks to the lower horizontal edge and one to the upper right vertical edge. There is a small perforation to the lower left vertical edge, presumably inherent or studio related. When examined under ultraviolet light, there appears to be no evidence of retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
