The work is structurally sound and elements appear to be present. There is some minor surface dust to the crevasses and some pigment residue to the underside of the top Plexiglas. There are few faint hairline surface abrasions in places to the top of the Plexiglas, primarily visible under strong raking light. There are a few faint handling marks and accretions to the chrome-plated elements. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition. Please note that the pigment and individual parts are shipped together in separate parts, in keeping with conservatory guidelines. The purchaser of this lot will be responsible for assembling the completed piece.
