The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound and all elements appear to be present. There are a few minute indents in places to the extreme corners. There are some scattered minute superficial abrasions and accretions in places to the aluminium. There are some handling marks and abrasions in places to the base and a few scattered associated pinpoint paint losses. Subject to the above, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
