The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in generally good condition. All elements appear to be present. There are superficial hairline abrasions to the steel element, presumably in keeping with the artist's chosen medium. There is pinpoint rubbing to the the extreme lower corners. There is a minute superficial hairline abrasion to the upper left vertical edge, only visible under strong raking light, measuring approximately 1cm. in length. When examined under ultraviolet light there appears to be no evidence of any retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
