The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i) Not examined out of frame. The sheet appears to be hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The sheet undulates slightly. There is a minor crease to the extreme lower left edge. There are a few pinpoint media splashes to the horizontal edges, presumably occurring in the artist's studio. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.

(ii) Not examined out of frame. The sheet appears to be hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The sheet undulates slightly. There are minor handling marks in places, most notably to the edges, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. There are a few pinpoint accretions to the extreme right vertical edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.

(iii) Not examined out of frame. The sheet appears to be hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. There are minute rubbing to the extreme right corners. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
