The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of artist's frame. The sheet appears to be hinged on the reverse to its underlying support. There is a minor scuff mark to the extreme upper right corner to the artist's frame. There is minor lifting to the extreme corners. There is a minor tear to the extreme upper right corner. There is a pinpoint accretion to the upper right quadrant. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in very good condition.
