The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The photograph is hinged in places on the upper corners of the reverse to its underlying support. All elements appear to be present and adhere well to their underlying support. There is a faint layer of dust to the photograph. There is lifting to the photograph, in keeping with the artist's intent. There is minute wear to the extreme edges of the photograph, only visible under close inspection. There are a few superficial hairline abrasions in places, the largest to the lower left horizontal edge, measuring approx. 1in. only visible under strong raking light. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
