The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. There are surface irregularities and minor wear in places, all in keeping with the artist's chosen medium and intention. There is a linear crack measuring approximately 1cm. in length with a possible associated surface loss to the upper left corner. When examined under ultraviolet light, the work fluoresces unevenly but not in a manner consistent with retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
