The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The vase has a star crack to one panel measuring approximately 8 cm. max. There is a crack to the mouth rim with associated areas of over spraying and over painting on three different panels, the largest approximately 10 cm. x 5 cm.
The enamels and gilding remain bright.
