The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
One of the dishes has a restored and infilled rim chip of circa 6 cm wide x 1.5 cm., the rim is fritted, there are some glaze frits, glaze flaws, scattered kiln dust and some scratches on the interior.
The other dish has an old rim chip of circa 1.5 x 0.5 cm., some nicks and frits to the rim, and some glaze flaws and scratches on the interior.
