The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Both dogs have been sympathetically restored, including:
One dog: The front leg, back right leg and paw with overspraying and overpainting (the largest area max. approx 10 cm x 5 cm),
The other dog: Both front legs and tail area with restoration (the largest 6 cm x 3 cm).
Both dogs with surface ear to enamel and gilding.
