A SET OF SIX FAMILLE ROSE 'DOUBLE COCKEREL' PLATES
YONGZHENG PERIOD (1723-1735)
Each plate is finely decorated with a pair of cockerels perched on rocks amongst peonies, three cartouches of flowers and fruits are on the rim reserved on a pale blue diaper ground.
8 5/8 in. (22 cm.) diam.
