The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description;
- the full sheet, a deckle edge at right.
- a pale semi-circular moisture stain at the lower left over the numbering and part of the signature, with very slight associated smudging.
- occasional soft skinning along the upper and left margins in places.
- a faint brown fingermark in the lower left margin.
- other occasional faint surface soiling in the margins, soft handling creases along the margins and sheet edges.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
