The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to the catalogue description: - the full sheet, with margins at left and right, printed to the edges above and below (as published). - the colours very bright and fresh. - a pale moisture stain in the lower right corner. - two short repaired tears and associated crease at the right sheet edge. - some creases, tiny nicks and time- staining at the sheet edges. - the two short repaired tears at the left sheet edge approximately 7 mm. each. - three short repaired tears at the lower, upper and left sheet edges, measuring 2.5 2.0 and 1.8 cm., respectively. - a soft horizontal flattened and backed fold from the right sheet edge to about two third of the sheet (approx 47 cm.) - a diagonal crease at the upper right corner tip. - the occasional discolourations mostly at the extreme upper sheet edge. - occasional surface soiling, mostly at the extreme sheet edges in places. - minor skinning at the left sheet edge verso.
