The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description;
- the full sheet, deckle edges on three sides.
- the signature and edition number slightly faded.
- a few foxmarks in the subject, other occasional pale foxing in the margins.
- flattened creases at the upper left and right sheet corners; and some other flattened handling creases in the left and right margins at the edges, mainly visible verso.
- some surface dirt at the sheet edges and verso.
Otherwise as described and generally in good condition.
