The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- a couple of handling marks in the lower margin.
- a fox mark in the lower margin below the remarque.
- brown hinging tape at the upper and lower right sheet edge verso, with some associated discoloration showing through recto
