The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue description:
- the full sheet (mount).
- the formed vinyl slightly slipped at the right of the cut out mount, revealing the edge of the vinyl with some adhesive staining at the upper edge (reversable).
- some minor time staining to the edges of the mount board.
- the vinyl and front mount hinged to a new white card backboard.
