The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue entry:
- the full sheet, with deckle edges above and below.
- craquelure in places, mainly in the pink in the upper left quadrant of the image, as is common with this print.
- the gold printed slightly unevenly.
- pale overall time-staining to the sheet.
- pale discoloration at the edges of the shape in the lower left quadrant, caused by the varnish used in the printing of this area, as is common with this print.
Otherwise as described and in generally good condition.
