In addition to the catalogue description: - the full sheet - printed by Rupert Jasen Smith, with his blindstamp at lower right. - the colours bright and unattenuated. - the matte black background with rubbing in several places (as is common with this print), including: a 10 cm. vertical rubbing mark to the right of Lenin's forehead; a 3 cm. rubbing mark below his left earlobe; a 8 cm. rubbing mark to the right of the tip of the beard; rubbing above and below the signature; and to the sheet corners. - toning visible in the unprinted areas at the extreme lower sheet edge. - backboard staining verso. - several old paper and cloth hinges on all four sides verso. Otherwise as described and generally in good condition.
