The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet.
- the colours very fresh and unattenuated.
- a pale vertical printing line in the right subject, presumably from the squeegee, and intrinsic to the printing.
- very faint rubbing in places, particularly in the lower subject, only visible in a raking light.
- some tiny flecks of ink loss at the lower and upper right corners.
- four shallow indentations and very faint associated skinning from old tape hinges at the upper and lower sheet edges verso (not visible recto).
- some pale discoloration below the signature and date at the lower sheet edge verso.
- very pale toning at the sheet edges on all four sides verso
Otherwise in very good conditi
