In addition to the catalogue description: - the full sheet. - three hard vertical creases with associated surface cracks and flaking along the middle of the face, one on the chin (circa 45 mm. long), one on the nose (circa 30 mm.) and one on the lower forehead (circa 50 mm.), with some tiny, very skilful retouches. - many other, minor creases and hairline cracks in the ink surface elsewhere (mainly in the orange and black). - the pink background attenuated, with a slightly darker strip along the sheet edges (where previously protected by the edge of a frame). - some flaking of the ink along the sheet edges. - the paper severely time stained and backboard stained. - the blue ballpoint signature faded to dark grey.
