The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheet.
- some indentations at the extreme sheet edges with tiny associated ink losses.
- a 40 mm. horizontal crease at the lower left corner.
- another short crease at the right edge, with some minor associated ink losses.
- pressure marks from old hinges at the upper corners verso, faintly visible in raking light recto.
- some minor surface dirt and pale handling marks to the upper right and lower flowers.
- a glossy area lower right, presumably a printing flaw.
- occasional soft handling creases, mainly visible in raking light.
- pale moisture staining at the lower left sheet corner verso.
- a paper tape hinge partially covering the stamped numbering verso.
Otherwise as described, and generally in good condition.
