The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- a small grey mark in the left margin, near the sheet edge.
- pale, scattered foxing across the sheet.
- three small areas of surface dirt near the sheet edges.
- spot-glued at various points along the sheet edges to a foam board verso, the reverse therefore only partially examined.
