Basis, London, otherwise printed by Atelier Lafranca, Lugano, with their blindstamps, each hinged to a grey card support (as issued) and folder, with the plate number printed in black on the front, in the original linen box, with the title printed in brown and an etching in vellum on the cover (portfolio)
