The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- a tiny inclusion in the upper subject, presumably associated with the printing process.
- a small, pale stain lower right, above the signature.
- some minor rubbing and pale handling marks, mostly near the sheet edges, mainly visible in raking light.
- some tiny ink losses in places at extreme sheet edges.
- two small areas with remnants of adhesive from old hinges to the centre sheet verso, with associated discoloration, not visible recto.
- pale time-staining overall verso.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
Framed in a period Perspex frame, some splitting to the frame at the edges.
